Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the grated cauliflower, egg, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Transfer the cauliflower mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a pizza crust, about 1/4 inch thick. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the crust from the oven and spread the sugar-free pizza sauce evenly over the top. Add your desired toppings and sprinkle with additional mozzarella cheese.
Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
