Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes for less heat. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, green onions, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Stuff each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Sprinkle whole wheat breadcrumbs over the stuffed jalapenos for added crunch.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the jalapenos are tender and the tops are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
