Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
In a bowl, mix the apple cider vinegar, low-sugar ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper to create the BBQ sauce.
Rub the pork ribs with olive oil and then coat them generously with the BBQ sauce. Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and cover them tightly with another layer of foil.
Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, until tender.
Remove the foil and brush additional BBQ sauce on the ribs. Broil for an additional 5-10 minutes until caramelized.
Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving with your favorite sides.
