In a small bowl, dissolve the active dry yeast in warm water and let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
In a large mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, protein powder, salt, and garlic powder. Mix well.
Add the yeast mixture, Greek yogurt, and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let it rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.
After rising, divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll each into a ball. Flatten each ball into a disc about 1/4 inch thick.
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Cook each naan for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and puffed.
Optional: Brush with additional olive oil and sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving.
